The Corps brings together the honorary consuls and consuls general appointed by sending states to Nepal — supporting consular assistance, bilateral cooperation and the conduct of consular relations in the Kingdom.

About the Corps

Who we are

Honorary consuls are appointed by a sending state to represent its interests and assist its nationals. The Corps is the collegial body through which those representatives in Nepal coordinate, share practice and engage with the host authorities.

Consular assistance

Supporting nationals of the sending state who need help while in Nepal.

Bilateral cooperation

Trade, culture, education and development links between Nepal and the sending states.

Protocol and ceremonial

National day observances, courtesy calls and the ceremonial life of the Corps.
